Buyer claiming to be locked out of their account and reaching out to me with a new profile immediately after

A buyer contacted me in the chat, and after a couple of exchanged messages, their account was no longer reachable (as if they had blocked me). Shortly after, they contacted me again with a new profile that had a different ending number in the name.

Could this be a buyer who has spammed or somehow engaged in inappropriate behavior on the platform?
