As a seller, which system to use?

Hi Everyone, I am Nasir, very new on Fiverr. 

This query might sound basic however I couldn't find any satisfactory answers on search engines. 

I am selling Data Engineering solutions, and I am not sure in order to deliver to client which system I use mine or clients, because working on Cloud is very costly and if I use my cloud account so I add that cost to the bill?

How do you deliver ETL gig?

This may silly be question, but I am new to Fiverr and work on ETL gigs (take data from source location, do some changes and send to target location) 

Tools used - Azure Data Factory or Databricks or both. 

How do I deliver the order of building a data pipeline?
