Why my level is not up?

Hey hope you're all doing well. I just want to ask the criteria for level seller 1. Luckily I have completed them but I am still on new seller. Is there anything missing or what? I have reported the issue to Fiverr team also but does anyone know kindly please help me out.

have look to new level system dashboard and you will find the missing part. because for level 1 there is criteria to level up.

Let the process take some time it will update. Don't panic!

Criteria should be filled up for level up.If that completed,be patient and wait for the process to be done.
