Fiverr doesn't let buyer leave a 5 Star review?

Well, this is a message from my client before I reviewed him so I haven't seen the review by then.

"I left a good review! For some reason it rated it 4.7 stars and not 5. Sorry about that!"

Now when I saw the review, the value of the delivery field is marked as 4. Truly elevated new Fiverr review system!
