Client's rating and review both are contradictory.

Clients often leave positive reviews such as "very good work" or "amazing work," yet they give 3 or 4-star ratings, which can be confusing. There are instances where we discuss and finalize a deal, but after accepting the delivery, the client's feedback includes remarks such as "Everything is amazing, but it was pricy," accompanied by a 3 or 4-star rating. This prompts me to question the client, asking why they agreed to the deal and accepted the order if they found it to be expensive. Even if some of them directly order the gig package at their convenience and end up with all files being okay, the quality is fine but it was expensive.  Although I typically avoid discussing the rating with the buyer, experiences like this make me demotivated.

Any suggestions or solutions? Please share your opinion.
