I have 90 % Positive Rating … I want to get promoted to Level 1

so can you guyz please tell me What excellent Rating mean to be ?

means what is the exact excellent rating which i need to maintain ??

Not sure what number is to be exact but i guess 95% and above is considered to be excellent.

95-100% should be considered excellent. You will always have that one in 50 that you can’t please. I think customer service star rating should weigh more on your ranking then anything else.
