Wondering if this is a phishing scheme?

Hello Fiverr community! While I just created an account this month, I'm trying to keep an open mind about others who also recently joined. With that being said, has anyone else been contacted by the following user looking for a freelancer (please see attached screenshot)? I feel as if it might more of a phishing scheme, but welcome any feedback or input if anyone would be willing. Also, leaning towards reporting to Fiverr...thoughts? Thank you!

P.S. I responded that I only work with individuals using the Fiverr platform and that I didn't see anyone with that user handle they wanted me to reach out to.

I haven't personally had interaction with that individual. However, keep in mind it's against Fiverr policies to do business outside the platform. I feel they do this to guarantee the safety of their sellers and buyers. This is because Fiverr is essentially doing the job of an escrow to guarantee satisfaction from both parts.

Thank you for your reply @appscripter . Yes, that's why I responded to them the way that I did, telling them that I only use this platform for work and communication.
