If i cant accomplish the job till deadline how can send the money back to costumer?

By cancelling the order. But it would be better to discuss with buyer and request for delivery extension.

how can i am sure, for money. it is a pre paid job or after the result i get paid?

The buyer has already paid for the job, but you will only get the money (80% of the value) after the order has been delivered and marked as complete either by the buyer or the system (auto-complete).
