My all Gigs were not found when searched - level 2 seller

Hi,
My promoted gigs suddenly became unqualified and my all Gigs were not found when searched.
No cancellation orders and no late deliveries happened.
Still, I have 5-star ratings, got some tips, and repeat orders. Just suddenly it became unqualified and I lost all my gig-promoted features.
And also my all gigs are out of the search list. I try to search normally. but I can't see a single gig on the page. (from page 1 to the End page) (i checked all gigs).

What happens to my gigs and profile? My gigs are not poor performance.

During this month (Oct 1- Oct 14) I received 13 orders. with 5 stars + tips.

Please help me to get back to normal.
