I am not able to change the status of my gigs to Active from Paused.

I have logged in to my account after a month. I came to know that all my gigs were in Paused status. When I try to change the status to active, I am not allowed to do so. 

And its showing "Looks Like This Service Is On Hold" when i open my gigs using link.

Need help!
