Need Tips for Seller

Hello friends!

I am medium level graphic designer, good command in brochure design, vector tracing, vector logo etc, but my question is when i joined this platform i received order and reached on level one, but after more than one year and even level 1 i do not receive any order or any notification. 

But my rating also going to down, can any one give me some tips, why this happen.
