How to add Payout Method? I'm facing 24 hrs phone verification glitch

hey guys, please help me. I'm trying to add my paypal as payout method but fiverr just verified my number and never allowed me to add the payout method. Now, I'm facing 24 hrs glitch. Yesterday, I again tried to verify my number but fiverr didn't message me nor did they call me. I think 24 hrs have passed now yet they are not letting me verify. My Paypal account is verified but fiverr still didn't add it. Kindly help!!!
