How long does your mistake/blunder can haunt you on fiverr??

I have a question that if you have made a mistake or blunder on your account like violating the Fiverr TOS, a serious one, But you haven't received any warning or got your account disabled. So my question is am I in clear or can this mistake haunt me in longer run still like after few months or later in time. How long does your mistake stays on record if it isn't initially caught? If they haven't given you any warning or taken any other disciplinary action in days following your mistake or even after next review, is the mistake removed your account or it is going to be always there hanging like a sword on your head forever?

I think it's always there until it gets spotted and you get the warning. Fiverr won't think 'oh, that happened a while ago, it doesn't matter'. Then the warning sits on your account for 30 days, potentially preventing you from being promoted to level 1, 2 or TRS.

Although I could be wrong, from my experience, I believe that until your buyer reports you, you are safe.
