Promoted gigs Ineligible

hi guys my Promoted gigs option stopped on my gig directly in the end of the 10 dollar gift from fiverr is that because i don't have money in my balance yet or it could be something else

you need to cheek your level 

and must be plus of 90% on response rate, order complete and delivery on time

I accepted the offer to promote my gig and it was sailing. When I received notification that I could level up, I did, and my gig greatly diminished. Now my promoted gig says I am ineligible. However, today I received the email from Fiverr letting me know how my promoted gig was performing. Confusing. 

I need to figure out how to get out of ineligible status with my gig. Anyone else experiencing this? Does that sound okay I never blogged into four
