I have done this before, but it has been ages. I go to my profile and click one of the three options (bank, paypal, fiverr revenue(?)). That leads to a code being sent to my phone to verify, which then leads to an email with instructions sent to my email. The email then says "
Adding a Bank account for your Fiverr withdrawals means any funds you withdraw from now on will be sent to your newly attached account. If you'd like to continue with the process, please click here.
If you didn't attach a Bank account for your withdrawals, please report it here."
And when I click "here" I will see a website that says "get started" for the bank transfer (the option I chose), and finally I see a message "It looks like you've already submitted your Payoneer application.
Please contact our Customer Support department for more details."
So please. Something is very wrong here. What can I do? How do I get paid? I have looked at my Payoneer account to see if it's still active - yes, it is.
