About Gig Not Showing In Search

Hello Everyone.

I need clearance from experts.

I have a client from whom i am managing Facebook account since long for whom i am posting event every week on his FB account. after two or three weeks we make payment, some time he buy my gig directly or some time I send custom offer without conversation. my question is. Is this the volition of Terms that i send custom offer without conversation and he accept after 2 or 3 days? 

I am asking this question because i submitted a custom offer to the same client before 2 days and he still he did not accept and my gig go under review  

your feed back is very valuable for me.
