Phone verification - Disabled account

I am trying to get my phone number verified but its linked to a deleted account the fiverr support has verified but they state they cant release it. This is a pretty dumb verification platform I would say. How do you expect someone to get verified when thier number is still attached to account that is supposed to be deleted.  This is dumb and needs to be fixed now. I cant get my number verified because fiverr doesn't want to release from my old deleted account.  Such amazing service smh.
