What is influencing the response time?

Hello,

i am not sure what exactly is influencing the response time for sellers?
Is it only the response time for the first contact with an customer?
Or every time he is contacting me?
And when i am in a chat with a client - is it necessary that i make the last response (or otherwise my response rate get influenced in a bad way)?

Response time rate is depends on how much time you take to reply when the first time client message you. This is only for first reply.
