Want to know about Fiverr GIG image seo

what is image SEO? few days ago i watched a  video on youtube. in this video he/she rename the gig image and add some service related tags. Is that help gig to get more engage?

For some specific categories fiverr offer to use additional tag for images.
Except that there is nothing to work for Image SEO.

Some people say about image name, star, keywords etc etc.
These don't work actually.

As soon as you upload an image to fiverr, fiverr backend system just update the image according to the gig actually.
mouse right click on your gig image > Copy image link.

Paste it a a new browser. You will see that image link is actually ended with your gig url. nothing else
