ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Hello!I was wondering what the forums thoughts on this were, how do you go about getting repeat business?Doing a great job is an obvious one but do you use any other methods?Personally I like following up with my customers in fiverr messenger to ask how the product I got to them is working and if there are any other business challenges they are having. Many thanks,eHelper
musiclover Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Usually the buyers just like my work, and end up asking for my advice on other business issues. I been meaning to contact my past buyers regarding new gig extras, but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.
ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 Reply to @musiclover: you must be successful at this then, I love it!
ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 Reply to @madmoo: you are definitely successful at fiverr! 🙂
ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 Have you ever had instances of public bad feedback?
ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 I hope you don’t, i hope I don’t either, I should be thinking about a strategy for it though, a failure to plan is a plan to fail.
ehelper888 Posted January 4, 2013 Author Posted January 4, 2013 I was just looking at your gigs actually, do you only have two? Do you just focus on one of those gigs? Tell me to go away if I am being too nosy! LOL
musiclover Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Reply to @ehelper888: I’m working on it. The last few months have been great. I want 2013 to be even better. 🙂
alexgreene Posted January 4, 2013 Posted January 4, 2013 Some of my gigs are advertising gigs, so I would definitely love some advice on going for repeat business.
