Identity verification

I have received a prompt saying that I have to verify my identity within 9 days or I will lose being able to sell on this platform. The issue here is the selfie portion of this verification is taking it's sweet time processing. Why is it taking so long? Why even do we have to verify our identity if we have already submitted a W9 to the platform?

How do I move past this selfie verification? This is getting ridiculous and the help&support page doesn't offer any resolution.

May be fiverr is asking your identy card photo from you. You will have to take front and back of your fiverr account with your phone. Content of your id card should be clear and try to show one or two fingers in that photo to gain more trust of fiverr. Cause they need a photo of current time not old. Follow all the steps that fiverr showed you. This problem will be solved with in few munities or hours.
