My gig doesn't rank anymore. What should I do?

I noticed that my impressions have drastically reduced, when I proceeded to search for my service, I didn't see my gig listed on any of the pages and it used to be listed on the first page and either of the first two lines ALWAYS. Also, the number of buyer's request I see is now very little.

I've not received any warnings and I have 4.9 rating on the gig. What can make my gig start ranking again?

This happened after I cancelled an order from a buyer due to some reasons, which I think was the best thing to do at that time.

Could this declinations be as a result of the cancelled order.

Please share some ideas on how I can get back on track.

Yes. Cancellations have an ill effect on your placement on the site. While you cancelled an order, how many other sellers completed an order or more? So, obviously, they would be rewarded while you get sent to "time out".

All you can do is complete orders and make sure that your Gigs are written in a way that you do not have misunderstandings of what you offer in order to avoid having to cancel.
