Please,help me what should i do now

A new seller knock me , and give a order , but after completed his order , he cheated with me ,he say’s you not completed and change his website log in details , he also dispute the order, somedays ago he had another account and same way he cheated with my friend , then fiverr blocked him , but today he open a new account and do same with me
What can i do now?
