Hello,
I am having issue with my profile status. I am online on mobile iOS and on Chrome browser on computer too but the dot on my profile is still gray. I tried multiple times refreshing page, signing out and signing back in, deleting cookies and browser history. but no luck and the dot is still gray no matter what I did. I checked option on mobile application and “Online Status” that is active but the dot is gray on my profile. I am having this issue from last few days and not receiving buyer requests too.

Can anyone please guide me on how to cop up with this issue?
