I still didn’t get any fiverr options. like studio and promoted gig. Why is it?

Only thing I can think of is Fiverr does not feel your Gig(s) qualify for those things.

Have you sent a note to customer service to ask their input on this?

Well, they are the only ones who would have the answer. You may want to inquire why your Gigs cannot be promoted and why you cannot either join or start a studio.
