Payment issue or payment bugg

It was my fist payment. When i tried to pay for 52.4$. They show error and suggest to contact with bank and check fund. when i tried 2nd time they show more three error. balance is insufficient, card date is expired and suggest to check fund. After then i check my balance i totally shocked they cut out 52.4$. How to solve? please help.
