Fiverr Customer service Not reply

This happened to me recently, I opened a ticked a month ago and I received no reply. I have to say, however, that in the meanwhile the problem has solved itself, so it’s all good now. Sometimes I tend to be overly cautious, and to overestimate the issue at hand.

Apart from this isolated episode, I’ve always received relatively quick and useful answers from CS to my past queries.

I think Customer Service is extremely busy at the moment, they have a lot of tickets to go through. And for this reason their first response time may be affected.

I would advise you to be patient, if possible.
It may also be a good idea to see if this problem can be solved without CS intervention.
