What can I do if someone stole my video and use his gig

I am in a big problem, A ********** seller stole my gig video and use his gig. After that maybe he report my gig and Fiverr now removed my gig for Third party TOS violation.
What can I do now, I send request to fiverr to solve this problem 4 days ago but not response from fiverr.

I already report 4 days ago. But no reply from fiverr. Hope they reply soon and when they manually check my problem will be solved.

I hope your problem will be solved very soon. Some Seller is very dangerous and fraud of newer. They used buyer request to get idea about sample offer.
