Clients send me messages, and then they don't show up ... Am I the only one?

Hi !



I get the alert for the message on the fiverr app, and it shows on the message icon on the top menu, but once I open the order, there’s no message ! … I asked the buyer to resend it to me, he did, and the same happened again ! … Not seeing the message !



Am I the only one with this problem ? Help !

I have had this happen quite a bit. I will get a notification that my order was updated or that I have a message but then there is nothing there. I don’t know if it is a glitch or what is going on.

Yeah, I know how to check when an order is updated ! This has just been happening for the last two days, two different users ! It’s kinda weird … For the 1st one, I never got them, and for the 2nd one I got them about an hour later ! … I think it may be a glitch too or something !

Sounds like a pain in the ass… I don’t use the app. I’m always on my computer.

It happens to me without the app. I wonder if maybe the customers are entering information that flags the update or post?

I’ve gotten the messages hours later, but some have gone missing … it’s a pain because the buyer then thinks you’re unresponsive, ugh … Hopefully it’ll be fixed soon !
