While buyer expressing his requirement or seller expressing his work, sometime both parties fail to understand each others ideas/concepts. so in that case they need to ask more questions to make it more clear/comprehensive. As i think even though fiverr message system can help, it is a time consuming thing.(both parties have to wait till the reply come from other person)



Therefore, if there is an online chat available to communicate between both parties I hope it will be very efficient.
