Countdown "LATE" when extra is ordered?

This has happened to me a few times. I deliver my gig early or on time, only to have the buyer decide to order their extra DAYS after I deliver my gig, which, in turn, marks my order as “LATE”. What the heck!? Really, isn’t there some sort of way to protect seller reputation from things like that?



It should not negatively affect the sellers if the buyer is all, “wait, actually, I think I would like to add something kthx” AGES after the fact.
