It has been happenngme twice and I would like to know your opinion about this. I have this buyers that once the deliver in on their servers and my order status is marked as complete, they delete what I’ve uploaded in their ftps and review my order as negative wanting me to cancel the delivery or contact them outside Fiver.

It’s driving me crazy! I tried to reach Fiverr support but they don’t help, why Fiverr hears just the sellers? not the buyers? Why is so easy to have bad score and difficult to fix it? I don’t like this.
