I don’t know what is going on. I paid for a banner, and have been asked how you did with my order. No one has communicated anything to me. What is going on. did I miss something? did i put something in the wrong place? or what?

I am going thru the same thing. I have used fiverr and had great results. Except for some reason I have one that I paid $15.00 for and it is not showing up in my account for me to connect with the person to do the work. I have been working with customer service trying to resolve for weeks now…YIKES hope they can figure it out.

I just got a message asking how my gig went and the last time I bought one was back in August…? Huh? Also how did Fiverr do? Since they didn’t do the work, again I am asking huh? However not happy that I created a banner for my gig that follows the guidelines and they tell me it doesn’t and took it off. It was created using the items that I sell in the gig. Original work…no text…I just don’t get it…
