Hello guys I have a question the system is asking for my Debit Card Information and my balance if I try to process my balance it's will it be safe?

No. Don't do it. This is a typical scam message.

Report the buyer and block him. Don't give your card information.

Yup! There are only two official ways to get orders:

1. Direct orders: Buyers pay for the services and the order is automatically initiated and reflected in your Dashboard. You don't need to do anything from your side.
2. Custom offers in inbox: Buyers message you first and you create a custom offer for them to accept. Even in this case, you don't need to do anything from your side.

Other than these two methods, all others are scams -- like scanning QR codes, clicking on links or sharing your email address (as buyers might ask in order to scam you), etc.

They mainly target new sellers. They are easy prey.
