Hello please someone help me, I’m seller on Fiverr and I’m recieve order of 3d product modeling and animate it, but now buyer says i don’t have full details of the product so he wish to cancel the order, please help me and suggest how to solve it.

I would offer to make revisions to make sure the product has all the details that the customer is asking to be included. Communication is key 🙂
