Why I dont find my GIG in refine result and active online user?

Hi there,
I really need your help please. I have 3 active gigs running at the moment but I dont find them in Refine Results and active online user. Is my GIG actually visible to anybody? how do I confirm this and make sure?

Please help me. What can I do now?
