Absolute decline in sales

Hello,

I am a level 2 seller in Fiverr and I have some video gigs. Since two weeks ago, my sales have dropped to zero and I do not know why. I assume that Fiverr is penalizing me for something, but I do not know why because I have not received any communication and since I work here I have not committed any infraction.

Does anyone have any idea how to know what happened or how to fix it?
