A question about orders

So I have a new gig and I still haven’t had any orders.

However I wish to know what I should do in cases when I can’t complete the order for some reason.
Should I use the resolution centre?

Don’t create a gig with services you aren’t sure you can complete.
Or at Least work with a team that can complete the order.
