There is no ‘hiring manager’ for Fiverr. You are not working for Fiverr, you’re a freelancer on Fiverr’s platform. It’s your responsibility to bring clients to you. I’ll save @jonbaas the trouble:

Who are your target customers? Where do your target customers gather and communicate? Go to and become a part of the communities where people might need your services. Offer a solution to their needs in a natural and effective way in order to bring them to Fiverr and to order from you. Do you know who your target customers are? Do you know where they are? If you don’t, that’s a good place to start.
