My order completed rate was 80%

It’s calculated on a 60 day rolling basis, so it depends on how many orders you’ve completed in the last 60 days, it will change on a near daily basis even if you haven’t delivered any new orders, or cancelled any either.

@offlinehelpers but i have not any cancellation in last 60 days,

This was less than 60 days ago:

One order i delivered late then buyer cancel and my order completed rate is go down 100% to 67%. After 60 days it will to go back 100%.
