Amount Earned This Month

In the Analytics section of Sales the top line has “Earned This Month.” Can anyone tell me what that calculation is based on? It this the number of gigs completed “this” month … or the number that have been cleared for payment?



One of my gigs has a 15 day wait … sometimes this gig is done in a day, other times it takes the full 15 days … so it obviously overlaps from one month to the next.



I am having a challenge figuring out how this “earned” amount is calculated.

I think every time a gig becomes ‘Completed’, this amount increases.

I don’t know for sure though

My amount changes whenever a gig completes and the funds start clearing, so my guess is that’s how it’s calculated. Whenever I deliver a gig or one is ordered, I don’t see a difference.

the amount earned represents the number of orders that have been marked complete by buyer when they give feedback and also when the order gets auto-complete in 3 days if the buyers dont respond/close order

Thanks everyone! Your help is much appreciated. I’ve been carefully watching my page and yes … the number changes when someone marks a gig as complete … or at the end of 3 days.

I’ve had an experience two months in a row where this number has actually decreased randomly. Any idea why this might happen? It was over $200 this morning and now it’s $145…no idea why
