Level 1 seller issue

Hi,I know that 10 orders should be completed to be level 1 seller.but I want to know,if I have order cancellation, then how it is counted.please let me know.

The order was mark as cancel that is not counted by fiverr. The only 10 order completed was count.
If you have order cancellation that will make your rated orders completed decrease and will impact for decrease trusted seller. Your buyer looks that is an important things. Keep improve your better output product quality.
