Improve my business stationery design Gig

Hi, its Hasnen here. I would like you guys to pass the suggestions to improve my gig. Here is the gig link:

Why do I need to improve my Gig:

1. Impressions are going really great like 29k per 30 days but the conversion rate is reducing since a few days (like one and half week) and it has reached from 12.0% (average) to 1.9%
2. Clicks and Views rate is not that great (its less than 1k per 30 days)

There are two thing I need the guidence for:

1. How can I improve my gig to increase the conversion rate?
2. Will editing get my gig removed from the featured category?
