Unable to Link Accounts!

Hi! I’ve successfully linked my Fiverr account to Linkedin, but I rarely go there, so I’d much rather be linked to my Facebook and Google+, yet when I attempt to link accounts, I get an error that they can’t me linked! I AM currently logged into both fb and G+ and I disabled my ad blockers, so I don’t know what the problem is.

Any advice?

I found same issue on my profile. i don’t know why i can’t add Facebook :😞
