Understanding the in's and out's of our community rewards store

How it works

The Community Rewards Store is a benefit for users actively engaged in our digital community. The store recognizes freelancers for their professional success and community engagement.

The store offers a range of rewards, from branded office gear to virtual experiences, designed to acknowledge sellers’ contributions beyond earnings alone. Rewards will accumulate immediately upon sign-up, starting with points awarded for your current seller level, and more once you finish onboarding.

In addition to profile-based points, users will receive points based on the following contributions to the platform:

Content Related

Writing a content piece

Publishing a video on the blog

Forum

Publishing a forum post

Creating the Post of the Month

Creating a standout post

How do I earn points?

Members earn points starting at onboarding. Every action counts—from forum posts to event attendance, your engagement helps you level up!

What is available in the store?

Both physical and digital awards will be available to claim in-store, including Fiverr swag, Fiverr credits, digital screensavers, and more. Check out the full list of awards here.

Where can I see my points?

Points can be accessed by navigating to the Contributions tab, which displays all users' leaderboards. You’ll also see “My Contributions” on the right-hand side of this page. You can access your leaderboard and all badges and points you’ve earned so far by clicking this.

Do my points expire?

No, your points don't expire. Let them accumulate and redeem whenever you're ready.

How can I redeem my points?

Once you have accessed the rewards store, you will select the award you would like to claim. Once you have chosen, you will be prompted to enter the necessary fields to claim your rewards.

How will we ensure that users are not awarded for spam?

The points system focuses on awarding users for who they are as freelancers, and for noticeable contributions. Points can be awarded for actions taken, but those are limited to actual posts, attending events, participating in events, and who a freelancer is on Fiverr.

Store Availability

How do I know what I can buy?

When selecting an award, you will see a pop-up either prompting you to enter your information or notifying you that you do not have enough points for the item you selected.

Why can’t I see some items that other users have claimed?

Awards are limited based on many factors, such as location, seller level, and number of points.

Are there limits to the number of purchases per item in a store?

Yes, physical items and desktop downloads are limited to one time per user.

What if I want to request a different reward from what’s offered? (suggestions)

You can suggest other store items on the community forum.

Will these rewards be available for purchase monetarily?

Rewards can only be redeemed through points on the community platform. At this time, there is no option to purchase with money.

Do reward items have an expiration date?

Fiverr Ads, Credits, and Seller Plus memberships expire if not used within 3 months of issuance. Gift cards must be redeemed within 2 years from the date they are sent. All other rewards do not have an expiration date.

Are rewards customizable?

As of now, only the Millionaire Milestone reward is customizable with a personal engraving. All other items have a fixed design and are not customizable.

The reward I want is out of stock. When will it be available?

The store is restocked once a quarter. While we aim to keep offerings consistent, available rewards are subject to change with each restock. If you're waiting on a specific item, check back at the start of the next quarter, though restocking of any particular reward isn't guaranteed.
