How it works
The Community Rewards Store is a new benefit for sellers actively engaged in our digital community. The store aims to recognize freelancers for their professional success and community engagement.
The store offers a range of rewards, from branded office gear to virtual experiences, designed to acknowledge sellers’ contributions beyond earnings alone. Rewards will accumulate immediately upon sign-up, starting with points awarded for your current seller level and more once you finish onboarding.
In addition to profile-based points, users will receive points based on the following contributions to the platform.

To get you started, we backfilled points for all community members starting at their current seller level, and point accrual for interactions on platform began on July 18th.
How to earn points?
Members earn points starting at onboarding. Every action counts—from forum posts to event attendance, your engagement helps you level up!
What is available in the store?
Both physical and digital awards will be available to claim in the store ranging from Fiverr swag, a PTO package, gift cards, digital screensavers, or meeting with Fiverr’s CEO Micha.
Why is the store only available to some users?
Currently, only our Pro and TRS sellers have access to the store. However, starting August 4th, it will be available to all community users, allowing everyone to claim items through our rewards store.
But don't worry - you're already accruing points no matter your level!
How is this different from the gamified point system on the previous forum?
Rather than awarding users for consistent comments/ spam, this point system is intentional and awards instead based on your interactions across the entire community platform.
Points are awarded based on your interactions with our community content, events, and your conduct with other community members, not just the frequency of your comments or posts. Not to mention, there's limits for the amount of interaction based points you can accrue per day.
Where can I access the community rewards store?
To access the rewards store, go to the contributions tab, then toggle to rewards rather than the contribution log. This will show you all available rewards.
Where can I see my points?
Points can also be accessed by navigating to the Contributions tab, which displays all users' leaderboards. You’ll also see “My Contributions” on the right-hand side of this page. You can access your leaderboard and all badges and points you’ve earned so far by clicking this.
How can I redeem my points?
Once you have accessed the rewards store, you will select the award you would like to claim. Once you have chosen, you will be prompted to enter the necessary fields to claim your rewards.
How will we ensure that users are not awarded for spam?
The points system on the new community platform focuses on awarding users for who they are as freelancers, and for noticeable contributions. Points can be awarded for actions taken, but those are limited to actual posts, attending events, participating in events, and who a freelancer is on Fiverr.
Store Availability
How do I know what I can buy?
When selecting an award, you will be met with a pop-up either to enter your information or that notifies you that you do not have enough points for the item you have selected.
Why can’t I see some items that other users have claimed?
Awards are limited based on many factors, such as location, seller level, and number of points.
Are there limits to the number of purchases per item in a store?
Yes, physical items and desktop downloads are limited to one time per user.
What if I want to request a different reward from what’s offered? (suggestions)
You can give suggestions for other store items on the community forum.
Will these rewards be available for purchase, or will they be redeemable for points?
Rewards can only be redeemed through points on the community platform, at this time there is no option for monetary purchasing.

Where does the rewards store ship to?
Physical Items can be shipped to the following locations
- Countries located in the EU
Can the rewards be shipped worldwide?
Digital Rewards are available to all Fiverr users, physical awards are limited to select countries.
Can the rewards be shipped to a P.O. box?
Rewards can be shipped to a P.O. box as long as it is registered to the user per the information listed in the shipping details provided at checkout.
Does shipping cost real money?
Shipping costs are included in the set point amount listed on the Rewards store page. There is no monetary needs for purchasing any items in the Community Rewards Store.
