Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

1.1 Fiverr International Ltd. (“Fiverr”) offers Fiverr community members (each, a “Member” or “You”) a community-based engagement program designed to recognize and reward active Members who interact and contribute meaningfully to the Fiverr Community platform (the “Program”).

1.2 Members may accumulate points for certain approved activities, which may be redeemable for certain designated benefits, such as Fiverr Credits, gift cards, swag packages, or other exclusive physical and/or digital items (the “Community Points” and the “Award/s”, respectively).

1.3 Any term not defined herein shall have the meaning defined in the Fiverr Terms of Service as available at https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/terms-of-service (the “Fiverr Terms”).

2. Eligibility

2.1 All Members are eligible to participate in the Program. However, the Awards will not be available to all Members and will be subject to specific Member-level requirements, the Member’s country of residence, and shipping restrictions (the “Awarded Member/s”).

2.2 Fiverr reserves the right to determine eligibility to participate in the Program based on each Member’s Fiverr profile status, account standing, compliance with the Fiverr Terms and/or Fiverr’s policies, and any other requirements as shall be decided by Fiverr’s sole discretion from time to time.

3. Earning Community Points

3.1 Community Points may be awarded for a variety of forum-based and community-driven actions and activities.

3.2 Fiverr will determine the exact value and eligibility criteria of each action/activity and may be adjusted or updated from time to time, at Fiverr’s sole discretion and without any notice to You.

3.3 Community Points are awarded automatically, unless otherwise indicated, and will appear in each Member’s Fiverr account once processed.

3.4 Community points may be awarded retroactively by Fiverr for specific past actions or activities, at Fiverr’s sole discretion.

3.5 Fiverr does not guarantee the awarding of Community Points for any specific action/activity and is not obligated to provide any details regarding the underlying calculation or award process.

3.6 The existence or number of Community Points does not and will not affect a Member’s level or status on Fiverr.

4. Community Points Redemption

4.1 Community Points may be redeemed by the Awarded Member/s into available Awards options, via the Program page on Fiverr’s community platform, as available at https://community.fiverr.com/public/contributors/rewards?feature=rewards.

4.2 Gift cards shall be issued by a designated third-party service provider named Gifted.com (“Gifted”). The issuance and use of the gift cards shall be subject to Gifted’s terms and conditions available at https://gifted.co/terms-and-conditions.

4.3 Process and shipment of the swag packages will be made by a designated third-party courier company to the address provided by the Awarded Member/s. .

4.4 Fiverr assumes no responsibility for the availability, accuracy, functionality, or support of the Gifted.com platform and/or for any Awards misplaced, damaged, or lost during delivery by the third-party courier company. .

4.5 Awards can only be redeemed using Community Points and cannot be purchased with cash or by any other means.

4.6 The Awarded Member/s may redeem Community Points for Fiverr Credits following the instructions and limitations available at https://www.fiverr.com/legal-portal/legal-terms/fiverr-pro-terms and subject to their compliance with the Fiverr Terms.

4.7 All taxes, duties, fees or other expenses associated with the Awards and required in order to receive them are the sole responsibility of the Awarded Member/s.

4.8 The Awards are provided as is and cannot be replaced. No compensation will be given instead of an Award, whether by replacement, alteration, cash or other means, in any event, and for any reason.

5. Expiration and Limitations

5.1 Community Points are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and may not be resold or transferred across Members’ accounts.

5.2 Community Points are personal and cannot be shared with any third parties.

5.3 Fiverr may impose specific caps or expiration dates for unredeemed Community Points.

5.4 Awards offered under the Program may be time-limited, subject to availability, or removed by Fiverr at any time without any notice.

5.6 The Awards are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, copied, reproduced, misrepresented, or distributed without Fiverr’s prior written consent. Violation of these shall be considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in forfeiture of the Award and/or disqualification from participating in Fiverr’s future promotions.

5.7 If Fiverr suspects any abuse or manipulation of the Program, Fiverr may, in its sole discretion, at any time, revoke Community Points and/or Awards, restrict access to the Program, or take any further enforcement actions, including against Members’ Fiverr accounts.

5.8 Members may not share a photo of the Award or any related content on their social media channels in a manner deemed offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, or derogatory.

6. Modifications and Termination

Fiverr may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the Program, or modify these Terms and Conditions, at any time, with or without notice to You or obligation to justify Fiverr’s decision. This includes, but is not limited to, changes to eligible activities/actions, redemption options, award types, or expiration timelines.

7. Publicity Rights

Fiverr may announce the names of the Awarded Member/s, or part thereof, on the Fiverr Community website, and across its social media channels, subject to the Awarded Member/s’ prior written consent.

8. General

8.1 Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and Fiverr’s Terms, and each Member acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to abide by them. Any suspected misuse of the Program or violation of Fiverr’s Terms of Service and any of Fiverr’s policies may result in removal and exclusion from the Program and forfeiture of any accumulated Community Points.

8.2 Fiverr shall not be held liable for any consequences arising from your failure to use this Program, the Community Points, or any Award, and you hereby waive any claim and contention in relation thereto. Insofar as is permitted by law, Fiverr and all its respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents, will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any Member or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an Award and/or Community Points.

8.3 All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, New York without regard to conflict of laws principles thereof, and only the competent courts located in New York shall have jurisdiction in any conflict or dispute arising out of These Terms and Conditions.
