  1. When it comes to choosing between WordPress and Wix or others, it is not easy to answer the question in simple words. Because when we develop or build a website, we plan a lot of things to our needs. So, the decision mainly depends on your specific needs, technical skills, and the type of website that we want to create. Additionally, we can't just directly say that this CMS is best and this is not. Since you asked what CMS is better between WordPress and Wix, I am sharing my opinion on this. I hope this comparison will help you to decide which platform might be better for you: WordPress Pros: Since WordPress is an open-source platform you have complete control over your website. You can customize every aspect of your site using themes and plugins. You can use a page builder plugin that allows you to drag and drop features to design a page. It is Ideal for websites that plan to grow over time. Using WordPress you can handle everything from small blogs to large e-commerce sites. WordPress offers robust SEO capabilities with plugins like Yoast SEO, Rankmath, etc. helping your site rank better on search engines. These plugins are paid but the best part is you can use them for free. In the case of support, WordPress has a large community of developers and users means plenty of resources, tutorials, and forums to help you out. Cons: WordPress can be complex for beginners. You require some technical knowledge to set up and manage. You are responsible for updates, backups, and security, which can be time-consuming, and if you don't update regularly, you have a chance of being hacked. But if you regularly update, it will provide you with a most secure website. Since it is open source, you will not get live support from WordPress. Wix Pros: Wix is a drag-and-drop website builder, making it very user-friendly, especially for those with little to no technical skills. Since Wix is mainly focused on premium services, it provides hosting, domain registration, and customer support, simplifying the process of getting your website online. It offers a wide range of templates and design options that can be easily customized without coding. You can get a website up and running quickly with Wix, making it ideal for small businesses and personal projects. In the case of Wix, you do not need to worry about backup, update, and security because Wix management does it. Cons: While Wix is flexible, it doesn’t offer the same level of customization as WordPress. Advanced features and functionalities might be harder to implement. Although Wix has improved its SEO capabilities, it still lags behind WordPress in terms of advanced SEO options. Wix is better suited for smaller websites. Large, complex sites might find Wix’s capabilities limiting. In my opinion: Choose Wix if you prefer an easy-to-use, all-in-one solution that allows you to quickly set up a website with minimal technical knowledge. Wix hosts your site on its servers, so you don’t have access to the server or the ability to choose your hosting provider and subdomain creation depending on your package plan. Choose WordPress if you need a highly customizable, scalable platform. If you use WordPress, you may buy a domain and hosting server from your choice company. This means you will have access to your hosting server, so you will able to create subdomains as you need and also be able to host another website on the same hosting server.
  2. Describe your problem specifically. Do research, read related blogs, or you can watch video guidance on YouTube, it will help more to find out the solution.
  3. Protecting your account from scammers is not so hard, but little tricky, I am sharing my own experience. A few weeks ago, a person asked me to fix his website. Since I was very new, I just told him my requirements, and when he provided me I started working. As per his requirement, I completed the job. All developers take a backup before starting work, same I do. When I ask him to check. He said some of the pages had broken, I told him, no problem, I will fix it, I just ask you to check. Again I tried to convince him to say "I have a backup, so no worry". He said to do it fast, fix it on time, and submit the job. He suddenly got angry and said, "You don't fix it. I fix it myself, so if you want to finish the job, do another task". Then I get angry. and Ask him to cancel, He canceled and reported on my account. After this, I checked his account and saw that his account has 12 reviews, and almost every person, is unhappy with him. So, before accepting any order, must discuss and check his profile. I know its a boring story, but I hope you got my message.
  4. According to the new update, you can publish 4 gig.
