  1. Just a few minutes back I received notification from Fiverr app as attached. Chat support was sending autogenerated messages. I was asked to enter my card details to receive the payment. I got excited, so without hesitation I entered. After, I was told to verify that I own the account, I need to mention the amount of the account or card details. Knowing that it is from the app chat, with no second thought I did provided straight away. Eventually, I was told to expect OTP. Window is popping with prompt message to stay and don't close the window or app. OTP is incorrect for like 3x. Then the chat supposed representative, ask to enter the OTP on the chat box. I got alarmed. But since it's their chat support, I still did as requested. Until I received SMS from my bank about amount breakdowns. I check my bank app, already having suspicion that may funds are compromised. I was not wrong. My funds is being deducted. I call the bank. While still on their auto reply, one of their rep. was calling. I told the whole story. My card was block immediately. Hopeful that the amount will be recovered. I hope Fiverr will look into this. I am trying to contact them, but it is not easy. Asking for order no., autoreply. No real human on chat support. Please be careful. It can happen to either account.
