[WHY IS WITHDRAWAL OPTION DISABLED?]

Hello, Fiverr community,

I need assistance with my withdrawal option after a 90-day account was disabled and I was allowed to withdraw now but the withdrawal option is disabled.

I have sent messages to the CS but nothing happened and they couldn't give a reply back.

 

Kindly assist me on how to get it done.
