Same i have delivered around 5 orders to old clients and got relief today. Gigs visibiliy is a good sign for now i guess.

Brother same case with me as well. I was level 2 and after new update low performance. Now i am on level 0 and gig are visible. I was so worried like i put alot of efforts like it was 5 years of hard work. Lets deliver some good orders and we will be rock n rolling again 🙂

Anyone gor relief on low performance? i have still the same issue

This new level system says improve success score to 5 to resolve this issue. let me inform you guys when new system is implemented my success score was 6. when i keep reaching to fiverr support as i had a valid point , success score goes directly from 6 to 4. how is this possible. This thing is a bug and many of us are impacted

Rehman i have the same issue, if someone has 4 success score still one has to be as new seller , low performance seems a bug. if our gigs are not visible how can we get orders to improve low performance. Fiverr team really needs to resolve this issue asap. im working on fiverr from last 5 years , None of gig is visible in search. i got this review on one gig why my entire gigs are not visible.

dear filip, Yes these reviews might be the issue but i have done more than 250+ orders with 150 ratings. 4.9 is my entire rating . how can only one or two review can cause this? No one is providing any solution, i have contacted fiverr support several time and i get auto reply.

What is low Performance? Any one facing same issue. I am working on fiverr from last 5 years and fiverr put my account on "Low Performance". My gigs are not visible and i have no new order from past 2 months. My performance is highly impacted. Need help regarding this issue.
